This week, we discussed changes within an organization. In this assignment, you will have a chance to describe a recent change you experienced with your employer.

For this activity:

Follow the outline in the template to complete the activity.

Describe the change you experienced; include the questions prior to each answer using the template.

Apply Kotter’s 8-step change model as you answer the questions in the template.
