Refund Policy

At some point, you might not be satisfied with the service provided. We have an active refund policy that ensures all your needs are met. We make it our duty to act whenever our clients present their complaints. We ensure a 100% refund in the situation where you have been charged twice on one of the transactions.

However, we have certain terms and conditions for our refund policy,

Delivery after the deadline

If we submit the assignment past the due date, we will be fully liable. Kindly note that we do not guarantee a refund if the inconvenience was caused by a lack of important information in the assignment. We would be fully liable if the setback were due to our inconvenience.

Revisions

If you cannot get a suitable expert to tackle the work, we will provide a 15% to 50% refund. The refund will be issued after a thorough check into the situation.

Dissatisfaction with the quality of work

We believe in the fact that the customer is always right. When you feel dissatisfied with the quality of delivered work, that is, the final delivered work is of low quality, a refund is guaranteed. Nevertheless, the refund given to the client will result from the final investigation by the manager in charge of the client’s refund claim. Furthermore, a plagiarism report will be of the essence for refunds based on plagiarized work.

Additionally, we cannot guarantee a refund with an open and active argument. We gladly accept criticisms. A provision for requesting a refund is not later than 10 days from the due date indicated in the order form. Similarly, we appreciate feedback and recommendations from our beloved clients. Such information is essential in improving our level of service.

Period of Processing Refunds

It will take at least 10 working business days for the manager in charge of refunds to process the request. Clients’ patience and cooperation are essential in ensuring a successful refund process. When a client presents a request for a refund, the manager in charge will conduct a thorough investigation to ensure the validity of the request claim by the client. We also advise our clients to present to us any queries regarding the assignment in due time.
